Waveform Images, Enhanced Survey Metadata tracking, and Test Point Protection Criteria evaluation on FDC all require both PCS 2.6 and FDC 2.3.

Note that the Waveform Images field is not compatible with older versions of FDC 2.2 and it must be removed if sending to FDC 2.2 and prior or the survey will not function as expected.
