- Full integration from Bullhorn Web to PCS – Simplify your integration by grouping multiple Bullhorn accounts into a single send to PCS. This eliminates the need for multiple Bullhorn Bridge configurations for each Bullhorn account instance.
- Enhanced Issue Detection & Notifications – PCS version 2.5 alerts you to integration issues that could prevent inspections from being imported and impact compliance, ensuring your RMUs don’t hinder your audit success. Detected issues appear in the Bullhorn Notification Icon, Known Issues dashboard, and notification emails. The Issue Resolution Wizard then recommends fixes based on your data.
- Auto-Mapping – We’ve enhanced auto-mapping to streamline setup, minimize errors, and boost user efficiency.
- Bullhorn Bridge Mapping Import – To simplify setup for current customers using the Bullhorn Bridge to import Bullhorn Inspections to PCS, their existing mappings will be automatically transitioned to the new utility.
- Group Filter Persistence – For customers with multiple Bullhorn accounts, Account and Group filters persist for each PCS user, making it easy for technicians responsible for a particular region or group of Bullhorn units to manage just what they want to see.
- Indirect Survey Wireless Sync from PCS Survey Manager into PCS – Enables cloud-based file transfer from PCS Survey Manager into PCS, eliminating the need to export files, save them somewhere on their computer, and then point PCS to that location to import the files.
- Resolved Job Services Interruption – PCS 2.5 prevents downtimes due to Job Services stoppage, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted data handling without IT intervention.
