AI will provide any necessary safety gear to everyone who takes part in the field trip to AI World Headquarters.
Yes, the mobile app will be available for Android and iOS devices. The app will give you access to the agenda, downloads, community, social interaction, and more. Once registration for the event is live and you have completed your registration, a link to the Whova event app will be sent to your email.
You can earn up to 22 hours of professional development by attending AI World. All registrants will be sent a document, and they are responsible for noting the correct number of hours and submitting it to AMPP.
We will be 100% in person. The Users Group event app is accessible before, during, and up to 3 months after the event.
You may cancel your registration at any time. The refund policy is as follows: Cancel by Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, for a 50% refund. Cancel by Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, for a 25% refund. Cancellations after November 1, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. You may transfer your registration to someone else anytime, including onsite at the event.
Yes. There is a fee for guests to attend any social events at AI World (Happy Hours and Casino Night). You may register your guests with the AI World staff.
No, by registering as a participant in any of those events you acknowledge that participating in the event may expose you to possible personal injury. Therefore, you hereby release American Innovations and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors, affiliates, sponsors, exhibitors, and other participants from any and all liability from property damage, personal injury, or other claims arising from or in connection with your participation in the Event, including claims known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent.
