EUCI Leadership Conference for Women in Oil & Gas

We’re proud to host EUCI’s Leadership Conference for Women in Oil & Gas, Jan 27–28 at our headquarters in Austin, TX! Our own Julie Ohlendorf, SVP of People and Customer Success, will moderate the panel “Executive Communication Under Pressure: From Technical Expert to Trusted Advisor.” Julie and the panelists will share real examples of communicating under pressure. Topics include:

• Business impact: Turning technical details into what executives need to know.
• Clear recommendations: Moving from “here’s what happened” to “here’s what I recommend.”
• Hard conversations: Delivering bad news or challenging a decision without losing trust.

Across the two days, sessions will also cover thriving in male-dominated teams, earning promotions and using artificial intelligence to advance your career.
