Overview

The SDT16 remote monitoring unit empowers oil and gas industry customers to make fast, cost-effective operating decisions about their most valuable assets by measuring and communicating critical data about that asset. It monitors gas compressors, electronic flow meters (EFM's), and more. The SkyWave-Inmarsat geostationary satellite network is used for one-way, global, low-latency communications. Measurements are automatically uploaded to Bullhorn Web, a cloud-based asset manager that can notify users of issues via email, text message, phone call, or online.

Key Benefits:

  • Rugged – The unit can withstand oft-harsh working conditions and corrosive environments.
  • Comprehensive – Reads and transmits other critical information such as alarm codes, runtime, pressures, and temperatures.
  • Flexible – Regardless of location, the most cost effective and reliable communication method can be used. Supports data communication via satellite or GSM cellular networks.
