Envirosense (2004) was a leader in remote synchronized current interruption for CP systems. Its products and services were folded into the Remote Monitoring Division and are sold under the Bullhorn and MicroMax brands.

Bass Engineering (2005) has provided design, installation and maintenance services for CP systems as well as supporting materials and equipment since 1967.

Intelek (2008) included remote monitoring solutions for oil & gas, agriculture and water industries. All former Intelek product lines are managed by the Remote Monitoring Division and marketed under the Bullhorn brand.
