PCS Help - Support

Overview

Information in this document explains how to access Help Files in both the v7.x and Axis 1.x versions of our Pipeline Compliance System (PCS) software. The information is intended for both users and system administrators.


PCS v7.x Help

With the latest 7.x version of PCS 7.6.1 the Help Files are enabled by default when the program is installed. A shortcut to access the Help Files is by pressing F1 in PCS 7.6.1. The CPDM Admin/Users guide can also be found at the link below on our AI website.

PCS 7.6.1 CPDM Admin/Users Guide This link will open a pdf file that can be viewed in your internet browser or saved onto your computer.

In earlier versions of PCS v7 prior 7.6.1 the help files will need to be installed. If you would like to install the PCS v7 help files please contact American Innovations 1-800-748-1476, Option 1, Option 2 for PCS Support or via email at PCSTechServices@aiworldwide.com

PCS Axis 1.x Help

PCS Axis Help provides information for setting up and using the PCS Axis software. To view online help, click the help button in any PCS Axis window to view a contextual help topic. Or click Help > Help in the main menu to open PCS Axis Help.
