Senior Development Engineer
A candidate for this position must have proven experience developing firmware and associated circuit design for integrated wireless solutions in addition to impeccable integrity, good communication skills, and team player mentality. Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, positive/can-do attitude with a BSEE, CE, or CS and at least 5 years of related experience.

Sr. Development Engineer – Firmware Requirements:
• BSEE, CE, or CS with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Experience developing real-time embedded firmware, associated device drivers and user interface.
• Strong C, C++, C#, and JAVA programming language skills.
• Circuit level experience developing microcontroller and supporting hardware.
• Person with high integrity, strong communication skills, always seeking to improve, takes ownership, seeks responsibility, servant leader, values family environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, adapts well to change, has poise under pressure, and wants to be more than a number.

Bass Engineering based in Longview, TX has the following openings:

Technical Services Coordinator
Supervise and coordinate the planning, execution, and documentation of cathodic protection service work performed by members of the technical services group, including full-time, part-time, and contract employees.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Provide on-site technical expertise for both in-house and call-in service work.
•Provide field-site service support for both in-house and call-in service work.
•Schedule personnel for efficient utilization of resources.
•Develop, coordinate and modify technical report templates.
•Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure accurate client billing.
•Develop annual technical services budget.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
BS Engineering or technical degree, with 6+ years of corrosion control experience.
NACE CP level 2 or higher certification.

Additional Qualifications:
Successful candidate will possess strong project management, and communication skills, both oral and written, and have a demonstrated ability to perform well in a team environment. Additionally, candidate must have detailed knowledge of industry codes and regulations pertinent to external corrosion control.
