QA and Documentation Manager: AI is looking for someone to manage the quality assurance team in tasks related to quality assurance, documentation and customer support activities. The position will also be responsible for employee recruitment, training and development, coaching, mentoring, and team motivation, while also providing leadership within the organization.
Managing Team - Manage a team of 5 employees in tasks related to Quality Assurance, Documentation and some customer support activities, including training and development of these staff members. Provide leadership within the organization. Empower, coach, and mentor team members. Recruit and motivate star talent.
Collaborate - Collaborate with other groups in the company to ensure an efficient and timely front end process that meets all internal timelines.
Expert Knowledge – serve as the Documentation and Quality Assurance expert and primary contact in solving problems, advising on documentation issues, trouble-shooting, offering guidance to the team and answering questions.
Process Design and Improvement – Design and improve internal processes.
Reporting – Develop and manage relevant status reports.
Find Solutions - Manage the resolution of issues, including resolving conflicts with customers, escalating issues where necessary. Identify common issues and develop suitable processes to handle these issues in a timely manner.
- 10+ years of Software QA experience with a solid understanding of QA methodology
- 8+ years QA experience developing test plans, executing test case execution, automating tests, and collecting/reporting test metrics for enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of Software Documentation and or Technical Training
- Using Agile/Scrum methodologies, manage QA planning, Documentation, test execution, and day to day activities of American Innovations distributed QA and Documentation team.
- Establish and report on QA and Documentation metrics.
- Be an advocate for the customer. Ensure that features achieve the desired level of quality, usability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Knowledge of test automation technologies and frameworks
- Hands-on, execute test cases, report progress and defect status (up to 30% of your time).
- Identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor team members and develop cohesive working relationships across American Innovations.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be highly detail-oriented
- Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and have excellent follow-through
- BS degree or higher in CS (or related program) with 8+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience.

Business Development Manager: AI is looking for someone to accelerate growth into new markets and geographies. This position will focus on identifying and growing new channel partners on a global basis, with an emphasis in Latin America.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish new channel partners and expand existing channel relationships
• Negotiate business terms, coordinate product training, and drive joint marketing initiatives with partners to drive sales
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships
• Research regulatory and economic drivers to prioritize international business development efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (technical or business)
• Minimum of 8 years of sales/business development experience into Industrial markets (Oil and Gas experience preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of international sales experience with proven results developing new sales channels
• Fluent or conversant in Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Entrepreneurial, high energy, positive/can-do attitude, tenacious, relentlessly completes tasks
• Effective and persuasive presentation and written/oral communication skills
• Willing to travel 25%, including international travel with focus on Latin America
