American Innovations’ Field Data Division Names Charlie Hampton New Director of Manufacturing

Austin, TX – February 26, 2009: American Innovations’ Field Data Division (FDD), leading provider of products and services for pipeline industries, announced the addition of Charlie Hampton as Director of Manufacturing. Charlie will be responsible for production, warehouse management, shipping and receiving, production quality assurance and materials management. Vice President of Operations Mike Devine will continue to manage all engineering functions as well as regulatory activities (i.e. UL, TUV, etc.) and product issues.
 

Hampton has over 26 years experience in manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. He came to AI from Applied Materials, where he has been a Manufacturing Manager for the past 9 years. Prior to Applied Materials, Charlie worked for 8 years as Operations Manager with Smith-Southwestern, Inc. (Mesa, AZ) and at Product Centre, S. W., Inc. (Plano, TX). He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix.
