MicroMax Current Interrupters
American Innovations offers two flexible, fully programmable, GPS synchronized current interrupters -- the MicroMax® GPS200 and MicroMax® GPS80.

The MicroMax GPS80 Interrupter is the smallest, proven, lowest-cost fully programmable GPS synchronized interrupter on the market. It offers a choice of programmable interruption schedules activated by selection key, configuration software, or via the Bullhorn ICP+ remote monitoring unit.
GPS80 model types include a “stand alone” option, an interrupter with weatherproof enclosure and back up batteries or an interrupter with weatherproof enclosure, back up batteries, internal mercury relay and external cables to switch rectifiers. With either option, the MicroMax can always be removed and used on its own.
The MicroMax GPS200 Interrupter is fully programmable in continuous, daily, dated, and interference/influence modes. AI’s unique, patented “Interference Mode” interruption cycle enables interference testing with greatly increased productivity and ease of data interpretation. By operating in Interference Mode, it is possible to determine the influence from multiple rectifiers and capture the instant off pipe-to-soil potentials, all during a single visit to a test station. In this mode, up to 99 GPS200 interrupters can be configured to switch multiple rectifiers so that IR-free pipe-to-soil potentials as well as the influence from each rectifier under investigation can be easily collected.
The GPS200 comes in a weatherproof enclosure, is powered by AC or DC and supplied with AC, DC and output cables and GPS antenna in a rugged carrying case.
Interference Mode: Interference studies can be very time consuming and laborious. With MicroMax Interference Mode Testing, as illustrated below, it's now possible to obtain the ON, Instant OFF, and influence from each rectifier during a single visit to a test station. Up to 99 interrupters can be used. See example below for details.
