American Innovations Announces Reorganization
New structure provides better balance, improved efficiency, reduced time to market and added focus on providing the best customer service in the industry
October 21, 2010 - American Innovations, a leading provider of products and services for pipeline industries, announces the creation of two new divisions.
The Compliance Technology Division (CTD) offers a full suite of solutions for the worldwide pipeline market via industry-endorsed products, including: Pipeline Compliance System (PCS™) Software, Allegro Field Data PC®, and Risk Intelligence Platform (RIPL™) Software. CTD also offers expert Integrity and Compliance Services such as: HCA Analysis & GIS services, Data Collection & Management services, Audit Support & Mock Audit services, and Integrity Management, Safety & Operational Program Development/Support.
The Remote Monitoring Division (RMD) provides field data collection for corrosion and compliance in the oil & gas, compressor, water and agriculture industries via web-based remote monitoring & equipment control. RMD’s Bullhorn® Remote Monitoring products, Micromax® GPS Synchronized Interrupters and Bullhorn Asset Tracker (BAT™) website provide remote measurement, current interruption, and alarming capabilities for Cathodic Protection (CP) systems, automatic meter reading, alarm point monitoring and more.

Jennie Hoff, formerly President of the Integrity Management Division, will serve as President of the Compliance Technology Division and Ken Cowan, formerly President of the Field Data Division, will serve as President of the Remote Monitoring Division.

Cowan added: “My team’s focus on quality hardware and web services is already paying dividends with the expanding capabilities of the BAT web application, and upcoming release of our enhanced remote monitoring systems for cathodic protection.”
